The innocent people of a lakeside fishing village are starting to feel the effects of this growing menace, as monstrous versions of the usual local pests have started to claim lives. Other factions vie for power and control of the region, including an exiled fey lord and his followers, a powerful druid with an army of her own, and a cagey old hag of the wetlands, whose motivations are questionable at best. As the Tilian threat grows more serious, the denizens of the nearby swamps and jungles are desperate for the aid of adventurers from outside.
